A new hop variety for me, It took a couple of pints before I really started to 'get it'. Beautifully balanced taste, a good depth and the ideal strength. No sooner had I finished my initial mixed case purchase, I ordered more Hood. There were many positive reactions to it from my guests at the time, but more importantly - I loved it (so I will probably keep it for myself from now on). Found Lincoln Green on a search of the SIBA member list. So glad I did. I'm genuinely impressed - 5 STARS
