Sales Representative

We're looking for a dynamic sales representative to join our growing brewery. 

Since 2012, Lincoln Green Brewing Company has rapidly established itself as one of Nottinghamshire's leading micro-brewers. Up to now, our focus has been upon the delivery of an outstanding core and seasonal beer offer for our estate of 5 pubs - we're now looking to develop free trade, wholesale and pub company listings to bring the brewery to full operating capacity prior to our planned move to larger premises in 2021.

We're looking for an individual who has experience of working with a brewery, selling to both on-trade and off-trade accounts. You'll have an in-depth understanding of beer and the brewing industry. Your product knowledge will be second to none and you'll be enthusiastic about the benefits of Lincoln Green beers! 

You'll generate new sales using a consultative sales approach, acting as a liaison between the brewery, wholesale distributors, listed accounts and retail customers.  You'll promote new lines and will provide valuable trade feedback to the brewery regarding current trends. 

  • Generate new business for the brewery

  • Manage a list of key accounts and forecast growth

  • Grow relationships with distributors and retailers

  • Work with the brewery team on product development

  • Perform product demonstrations and deliver sales presentations

  • Work with customers to understand how the business can be improved

  • Provide technical support to customers

  • Promote product innovations by the brewery

  • Research and engage strategic accounts


  • You will ideally hold a brewing or sales related qualification.

Work Experience

  • Brewing experience preferably at a high level

  • Sales and marketing experience (ideal)

  • Experience providing customer support

  • A passion for beer and the beer industry
