General Manager

The Mill & Brook in Long Eaton is Lincoln Green's newest pub, set to be taken on in October 2022. 

We're seeking a General Manager, or management couple, to work with us to recruit a team and help establish the Mill & Brook as a cask and craft ale haven with a strong community focus.

Key tasks include:

• Cellar management

• Leading the team during busy hours

• Overseeing costs for new menus

• Ordering inventory

• Recruitment, training and staff management
