CASK TO CASH - Making more profit from cask ale

Join us for our Cask to Cash training - held at Lincoln Green Brewery in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire on the last Wednesday of every month.

The session is just 3 hours long and covers:

  1. Hints and tips to serve cask beer in the best possible condition.

  2. Tried and tested ideas to help you 'Sell More, Charge More and Lower Costs (without compromising on quality)' in relation to cask ale.

  3.  Beer and food matching - a simple exercise you can recreate as an event in your own pub.

Whether you're new to selling cask ale or an experienced operator - we guarantee you'll pick up some practical and useful tips to help you make more profit from cask ale.

Cask ale is the unique selling point for the Great British pub - if you keep it and promote it well it has a 'halo' effect on other products - many cask drinkers know the best venues to enjoy their favourite drink and if that's your venue, they'll bring their friends too!
